Additionally, emails containing links to websites with malware and cryptolockers will also be blocked. However, our spam filter is not a replacement for a good firewall or antivirus on your computer. Cryptolockers exploit multiple vulnerabilities and are not only spread via email.

Through the online control panel, you can view all emails. Each email will indicate why it was blocked. If it was blocked incorrectly, you can add whitelist rules to ensure future emails get through. Conversely, if spam does slip through, you can further train the filter and create blacklist rules. A blocked email can also be set up to be delivered to the user’s mailbox.
