Backup MX
Customers send questions or orders via email and deliveries are scheduled through an electronic calendar. When you experience a network issue or a faulty server, you can miss out on important emails and appointments. With Backup MX, you won't miss any emails anymore.
How does it work?
If everything works properly, emails are delivered to your mail server and read. When a mail server is temporarily unreachable, all messages are intercepted by our mail servers. Once the primary mail server is active again, all emails are automatically forwarded to that mail server. You won't lose any important messages anymore.
Note: Backup MX is available for all customers who have activated the Critical Domain pack.
