Secure remote support
To provide secure and easy remote support, we use AnyDesk. This is a small program that allows us, with your permission, to view your computer. We can help you set up your domain name or mailbox, maintain Microsoft 365 applications, or answer other questions.
You don’t need to go through registration or installation. After downloading, you can start AnyDesk right away. The code you find under ‘This Desk’ should be given to our staff so we can safely connect to your device. Once your questions are answered, you can close AnyDesk. The program will not remain on your computer permanently.
